Have fun, spend quality time and play golf with your children at the Windham Country Club. Parents, aunts, and uncles accompanying a child between the ages of 10 and 18 will receive a reduced package price.
This is such a great way for children to learn the fundamentals of golfing techniques, etiquette, the rules of golf and golf course management. The Golf Professionals are selected not only on their knowledge of the game but also for their patience and communication skills. A tournament with all classes competing in a scramble format is always a success.
All the golf you can play coupled with great instruction and outstanding accommodations are yours at the Roland Stafford Golf School. Resorts offer different amenities, breakfasts and room types so check them out to find what best suits your needs; Hotel Vienna, Thompson House and the Winwood Inn. Also a great and varied selection of restaurants including the Club House offer the golf school guests a 10% discount.

Gratuities not included for golf instructors. "Sweet Shot", the Frequent Golfer Program, discount may not be applied during the Parent and Child Programs. Members will receive attendance recognition. Golf School rates include 5 hours daily instruction, cart and green fees during and after class. Special Programs may not be combined with any other discount including the Frequent Golfer "Sweet Shot" Program. "Sweet Shot" members will receive attendance recognition.

Directions from NYC to Windham Country Club: NYS Thruway (RT 87) North to Exit 21 - Catskill NY. After toll gate, turn left, travel approximately 500 yards and turn right on Route 23, (don’t go under overpass). Travel 30 miles West which takes you up the mountain into Windham. Before entering the town of Windham there is a road sign for RT 296 and Hunter Mountain, turn left over bridge. The first, right 1/4 mile is South Street, you will see Windham Country Club.

Leave the driving for the tee -
Travel by Trailways Bus from NYC Port Authority. Buses leave daily 8:30 AM and 6 PM for Windham NY. Return home on the 3:45 PM bus. Ask your driver to drop you off at the Windham Country Store, Main Street by the Post Office.. Call for bus information 800.858.8555.
